268 - Still going with the diet
Also we got a new scale, so hopefully it will give more accurate numbers. (Weight taken just before lunch)
I am using the standing desk more and more, I don't know if that will help but we will see

Todo: flavored cheeses
The problem with some cheeses, esp bulgarit and feta is that they can be a bit bland, so maybe its time to consider adding flavor with herbs. Need to figure out which herbs would go well.

269
About 2 days in. Last night we had chicken and a tomato soup and it was quite nice. I managed to deal with a bad case of "I want something NOW" at some point in the day with an Israeli salad (Cucumber, Tomato, Scallions and a carrot).
Down 3 lbs

Getting started again... 272 Lbs
The other adults in the household have started on an Israeli diet program (think Weight watchers, but in Hebrew). So I am joining in. For one I am dropping Diet Coke for water (with lemon) and starting drinking my tea with Just Splenda and no milk.
I am also back to eating microwaved fish with vegies for lunch.
I need to find ways to punch up flavor in these things with herbs/spices etc without adding stuff I don't want. I'm thinking Garlic will be a good place to start :)
I see many Israeli salads in my near future
